Return & Refund Policy for Tu Dulce Bocado Bakery

All Sales Are Final. No Returns or Exchanges.

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and our inability to control the transportation and storage conditions after a product leaves our bakery, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been delivered to the customer or picked up.

This policy is in place for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, as we cannot resell or reuse products that have left our premises.

Exceptions for Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If you receive an order that is incorrect or has been damaged in a way that is clearly the result of an error on our part (e.g., we forgot an item, the product was fundamentally mis-made), please contact us immediately.

  • To be eligible, you must:

    • Notify us via email within 2 hours of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number.

    • Provide clear photographs of the issue.

We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. Our sole remedy for a verified error on our part may, at our discretion, be a replacement item, a store credit, or a partial refund.

Cancellations:
Cancellation requests for orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients and production time have already been allocated.
